City council opens public comments on a new tricycle fare table

The city council is collecting public comments on a proposed tricycle fare table that would set a base fare for the first kilometre and a fixed rate for each kilometre after that.

Residents can send written comments to the council office until the end of the month. A public hearing will follow before any change takes effect.
